Triple Hung Window Custom Options Gallery

At Parrett we pride ourselves on the flexibility to meet the needs of all of our customers. The following option descriptions are not a complete listing of the custom options available, but is provided to show just some of the more popular unique options that we encounter. All options below are available for triple hung windows, double hung units are just shown below for a photo reference.

Window Wash Bolts

“Jobsite” installed window wash bolts are available for all-wood weight & chain as well as spiral balance units.

Curved Glass Hung Windows

All-wood spiral balance and weight & chain units are available in curved sash, glass, and frame configuration. Curved wood grilles, SDL, and TDL are available.

Historic Ogee Lugs

Parrett offers historic Ogee lugs for both all-wood and aluminum clad hung windows. Multiple standard profiles and custom profiles are available.

Factory Mulled Windows

Simulated Mull Joint

This unit has a wide centerpost that simulates the look of two hung windows mulled together. The lower right detail also shows a custom SDL Bar profile.

Simulated Hung Window (Tilt-Turn)

This unit matched the visual sightlines of the standard hung windows that were manufactured for this project, but still incorporated an operable tilt-turn sash as opposed to the typical “lower sash” of a hung window unit.

Oversize Construction

Parrett is fully capable and experienced in designing and manufacturing extremely large hung window units. This extruded aluminum clad circletop hung window has a jamb size of approx. 54” X 171”.

Unique Hung Window Configurations

This door unit at RIGHT was designed to match a customer specification that requested that a swing door is able to ventilate while in the closed position. An operable single hung sash was incorporated into this door panel.. .
