This beautiful Wisconsin lake front home was custom designed with a focus on old world style appearance and high quality craftsmanship by architect David Green from Greenwood, WI. Parrett’s capabilities were a perfect fit and certainly up for the challenge of producing 86 windows, 44 interior doors, and 11 exterior doors as well as numerous matching trim, casing and moulding profiles.
The window package consisted of solid black walnut casements, hoppers, direct set, and operating ovals. Oil rubbed bronze custom hardware was featured on the windows. Custom raised panel black walnut doors were made for both the interior and exterior. All of the doors were stained and clear coated to the interior and poly painted to the exterior. Rocky Mountain hardware was utilized on the doors.
The windows were aluminum clad to the exterior, painted to a custom kynar color and stained and clear coated to the interior. The aluminum clad exterior was framed by a bold custom profiled casing.
